Whether you're dealing with pain, stiffness, or a sense that something isn’t quite right, this 1:1 consultation gives you the expert eyes and insight to get you feeling better — right now.
It’s not just a check-in — it’s a reset.
Your session includes:
1. Postural & Movement Assessment
We’ll start with a live visual assessment of your standing/sitting posture, alignment, and key movement patterns (e.g. how you bend, sit, or reach). You’ll get real-time insight into what’s happening and why.
2. Personalised Consultation
We’ll talk through your symptoms, history, lifestyle habits, and goals — so I can understand what’s changed and what your body needs right now.
3. Guided Movement & Relief Strategy
I’ll guide you through targeted movement to help release, realign, or strengthen. This may include breathwork, mobility, or gentle corrective exercises — all adjusted to your ability and comfort.
4. Post-Session Plan (Optional)
If helpful, you’ll receive a short video or written summary of what to repeat at home. This ensures you leave with clarity, not guesswork.
