Who We’re Looking For
We're open to working with instructors who are:
Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer a must; Chair, Mat, Cadillac or Barrel a bonus)
Grounded, warm, and able to clearly explain the "why" behind every movement
Fluent in anatomy, cueing, and progression (not just choreography)
Able to tailor programs to meet individual client goals and needs
Track client progress and provide ongoing feedback and adjustments.
Committed to high-quality instruction and lifelong learning
Confident working with injuries, postural issues, and clients who want more than a workout. Bonus if you are certified to work with special populations.
Experience in physiotherapy, personal training, yoga, or other movement disciplines is a plus—but not required.
Prior experience in leading Pilates sessions (especially in private settings) is highly valued.
