Careers at Kove Pilates

Grow with Purpose. Teach with Intention.

At Kove Pilates, we believe Pilates is more than exercise—it's a path to self-awareness, confidence, and real change. Our clients are thoughtful, committed, and looking for more than just a good sweat. So are we.

We’re building a sanctuary for intelligent movement, quiet luxury, and deep personal transformation—and we’re looking for instructors who feel the same.

  • Fluent in anatomy, cueing, and progression (not just choreography)

  • Able to tailor programs to meet individual client goals and needs

  • Track client progress and provide ongoing feedback and adjustments.

  • Committed to high-quality instruction and lifelong learning

  • Confident working with injuries, postural issues, and clients who want more than a workout. Bonus if you are certified to work with special populations.

  • Experience in physiotherapy, personal training, yoga, or other movement disciplines is a plus—but not required.

  • Prior experience in leading Pilates sessions (especially in private settings) is highly valued.

  • Full-Time Pilates Instructor
